Decorative Powder Coating Services

As a leading provider of powder coating services since 1989, RayPaul Coating, Inc is on the cutting edge of industry technology.
Our decorative powder coating operation utilizes a patented process to create extremely life-like textured coatings that are hard to distinguish from the real thing. This includes various wood grain patterns including cherry, Douglas fir, knotty pine, oak, mahogany, teak, and walnut, as well as stone finishes such as granite and marble. We can also apply fantasy patterns such as, camouflage and denim, as well as custom finishes.

This unique process can accommodate a wide range of substrates, including cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, aluminum, high carbon stainless steel, and many others. It can be applied to parts and components up to 24' in length, 6' in width and  6" in height. To ensure the highest quality results, our facility has rigorous in-house testing, including mil thickness, cure, adhesion, hardness, and salt spray. From prototypes and small quantities to large production runs, this offering is ideally suited for industries such as architectural, POP displays and much more.
