Batch Oven Powder Coating Services

RayPaul Coating has been providing high quality powder coating services for our clients in the Southeastern U.S. for  25 years. Our advanced processes are exemplified by our batch oven powder coating service. Our batch oven is designed to provide high quality repeatable results for coatings such as polyester, epoxy, urethanes, and hybrid coatings. Coating temperatures up to 400°F are closely monitored, on parts up to 30' long, up to 8' wide, and 10' high, and weighing up to 3000 pounds. We offer fast turnaround times, typically ranging from 48 to 96 hours. Working in volumes from prototypes and small quantities to large production runs, we always work hard to ensure the quality of our services. In-house testing for mil thickness, cure, adhesion, and hardness is completed for all of our powder coated components.
